ASPIRIN

ASPIRIN: Why Aspirin by your bed?

To Save lives...
It is important to always have ASPIRIN in the home!!!

Why have Aspirin by your bedside?
ABOUT HEART ATTACKS
For many the first Heart attack comes like a thief, sheerly unexpected...

There are other symptoms of an heart attack besides the pain on the left arm.

One must also be aware of an intense pain on the chin, as well as nausea and lots of sweating, however these symptoms may also occur less frequently.

NOTE : There may be no pain in the chest during an heart attack.

The majority of people (about 60%) who had an heart attack during their sleep, did not wake up. However, if it occurs, the chest pain may wake you up from your deep sleep.

If that happens, IMMEDIATELY DISSOLVE TWO ASPIRINS IN YOUR MOUTH and swallow them with a bit of water.

Afterwards, phone a neighbour or a family member who lives very close by and state "HEART ATTACK!!!" and that you have taken 2 ASPIRINS

Take a seat on a chair or sofa and wait for their arrival and ....
DO NOT LIE DOWN !!!

A Cardiologist has stated that, if each person, after receiving this e-mail, sends it to 10 people, probably a life can be saved!

I have already shared the information with you!!!

And what about you?

Forward this message: IT MAY SAVE LIVES!!

Warm regards
SJR Kumar

Global Warming Myths and Facts

MYTH: Water vapour is the most important, abundant greenhouse gas. So if we’re going to control a greenhouse gas, why don’t we control it instead of carbon dioxide (CO2)?
FACT: Although water vapour traps more heat than CO2, because of the relationships among CO2, water vapour and climate, to fight global warming nations must focus on controlling CO2.

MYTH: Global warming and extra CO2 will actually be beneficial — they reduce cold-related deaths and stimulate crop growth.
FACT: Any beneficial effects will be far outweighed by damage and disruption.

MYTH: Global warming is just part of a natural cycle. The Arctic has warmed up in the past.
FACT: The global warming we are experiencing is not natural. People are causing it.

MYTH: We can adapt to climate change — civilization has survived droughts and temperature shifts before.
FACT: Although humans as a whole have survived the vagaries of drought, stretches of warmth and cold and more, entire societies have collapsed from dramatic climatic shifts.

MYTH: Recent cold winters and cool summers don’t feel like global warming to me.
FACT: While different pockets of the country have experienced some cold winters here and there, the overall trend is warmer winters.

MYTH: Global warming can’t be happening because some glaciers and ice sheets are growing, not shrinking.
FACT: In most parts of the world, the retreat of glaciers has been dramatic. The best available scientific data indicate that Greenland's massive ice sheet is shrinking.

MYTH: Accurate weather predictions a few days in advance are hard to come by. Why on earth should we have confidence in climate projections decades from now?
FACT: Climate prediction is fundamentally different from weather prediction, just as climate is different from weather.

MYTH: As the ozone hole shrinks, global warming will no longer be a problem.
FACT: Global warming and the ozone hole are two different problems.

Global warming, on the other hand, is the increase in the earth's average temperature due to the build-up of CO2 and other greenhouse gases in the atmosphere from human activities.

Was the Haiti earth quake a man made one?

What was HAARP (#) up to on January 12, 2010? The official HAARP facility is located in Gakuna, Alaska. The conspiracy theory claims that HAARP could be used as directed-energy weapon, weather control, an earthquake induction device and/or for mind control.

HAARP is an “Ionospheric Heater” which is basically an array of antennas that can send a concentrated beam of RF energy into the ionosphere. It’s located in Alaska because areas near the magnetic poles have a lot of ionospheric activity. It’s not the only facility of its kind.

Ionospheric Heating refers to artifically heating the Ionosphere, which is the upper most part of the atmosphere. ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves are used to literally boil the upper atmosphere. This lifts and changes the shape of the atmospheric gas clouds and can be used (theoretically) to control the weather.

Is there any danger we won’t live to see the 22nd century because of these atmospheric tests? Time will tell.

P.S. 1:January 12, 2010 the day of the earthquake numerous celestial events were occurring, including the recent announcement of an unknown approaching object in earth atmosphere that science believes is an asteroid, 2010 AL30.

P.S. 2: Was the devastating Chineese Earth quake during May 2008, which killed 80,000 people and left more than 5 million homeless, really just a tragic natural event? Speculation is growing that the magnitude-7.9 quake may have actually been triggered by the tremendous water weight behind a nearby dam.

Scientists in China and the U.S. say that water behind the Zipingpu Dam, just 3.4 miles (5.5 kilometers) from the epicenter of the May 12 quake in Sichuan in southern China, may have weakened the fault that ruptured.

#:The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an investigation project jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Its purpose is to investigate the ionosphere and establish whether some of its properties can be used for communication or surveillance purposes. Started in 1993, the project is proposed to last for a period of twenty years. The system was designed and built by Advanced Power Technologies (APTI) and since 2003, by BAE Advanced Technologies. The facility currently operates a VHF and UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde, and an induction magnetometer alongside the transmitter facilities.

SMART WOMEN......

25-year-old changes her face to marry the man she loves.
A couple from a small town near Delhi has added a twist to the cliched Bollywood plot of lovers parted by feuding families. The 25-year-old woman arrived in Mumbai last month to surgically change the way she looks so that she can marry the man she loves. The man's family had forbidden him from marrying her as their upper caste, affluent families were involved in a bitter feud for two decades. In December, Seema (name changed to protect her identity) underwent two surgeries, which lasted four hours each, to change her look beyond recognition. "They got married. They had decided to change Seema's looks to ensure that the man's family accepts her," said Mohan Thomas, the cosmetic surgeon who gave Seema a new face with a sharper jaw line, more pointed nose, a reduced forehead and a dimple. However, 80 per cent of the makeover is reversible and Seema can get her original face back if she wants, said Thomas, a consultant cosmetic surgeon with Breach Candy Hospital who also has a private clinic. When the couple first approached Thomas for the surgery, he referred them to a psychiatrist. "Seema was a pretty woman. Their reason for opting for cosmetic surgery was so astonishing that I thought they required counselling," said Thomas. After two individual sessions with each of them, the psychiatrist gave a report that said the couple was "sane, mentally sound and completely prepared for the consequences".

Melbourne, Jan 9 (IANS) An Indian man was allegedly attacked and set on fire by four men while he was parking his car in the northwestern part of the city in the early hours of Saturday. The attack comes a week after an Indian youth was fatally stabbed in this city.

The 29-year-old was taken to hospital with burns to 15 percent of his body after the attack shortly before 2 a.m. in Essendon and was said to be in a serious condition, The Age newspaper reported.

Police were told the man had dropped his wife at home and gone to park his car after a dinner party when he was attacked in Grice Crescent.

As the man was getting out of the car, four men attacked him, pushing him back against the vehicle and pouring an unidentified fluid on him, police said.

One of the men then ignited the fluid with a lighter and all four fled, police said.

The victim reportedly ran from the car while peeling off his clothes. He suffered burns to his arms, chest and face, the daily said.

The latest attack comes a week after 21-year-old Indian graduate Nitin Garg was stabbed to death in a Yarraville park Jan 2. He staggered to Hungry Jack's restaurant -- where he worked -- and pleaded for help before collapsing. He was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital where he died.
